Physiotherapy

Backed by science, we provide hands on treatment and corrective exercises, to reduce pain the improve the way you move. The first visit consists of:

1. A comprehensive assessment looking at posture, movement and strength.

2. Hands on manual therapy consisting of myofascial treatment and joint mobilization.

3. Corrective exercises to assist with decreasing tension and improving mobility.

Appointments last for 30-60 minutes, one-on-one with a physiotherapist. Direct billings is available, including MPI and WCB.
